What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms, we collect what you type in and the answers you pick: your name, mobile, email, business name and website, what your business does, and your answers about revenue, growth budget and what's holding you back. If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation.

We also record how you reached us and what you did on the site: the pages you view, the ad or link you came from (including campaign and ad IDs), your IP address, and your device and browser. Cookies and similar browser storage make the site work (for example, remembering your answers between form steps) and measure how our site and ads perform. That includes the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc and the Google Ads tag.

How we use it

To call you back about your audit or question, to prepare for that call, to send you a few emails that match your type of business, and to measure and improve our advertising. We don't sell your details, and we don't give them to anyone else to market to you.

Your budget answer decides which follow-up you get first: a call from Jed, or a few emails with guides first. That happens automatically when you send the form. It doesn't decide whether we'll work with you. Jed reads every enquiry, and you can ask for a person to look at yours at any time.

Ads, the Meta pixel and your choices

This site uses the Meta pixel, and our server sends Meta a record when someone sends a form or becomes a client. Meta and other third parties can use cookies, pixels and similar technology to collect information from this site and elsewhere on the internet. They use it to measure ads and to target and deliver ads, including ours. The contact details we send Meta are scrambled (hashed) before they leave our systems, so Meta can match them to an account without storing them in readable form. We never send Meta or Google your answers about revenue or budget.

You can opt out of interest-based ads at youronlinechoices.com.au or aboutads.info/choices, change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, or block cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies doesn't stop the forms working.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we use to run the business, to do the jobs above:

HighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM and email platform, based in the United States.
Meta Platforms, for ad measurement and targeting, as described above. Based in the United States.
Google, for Google Ads measurement. Based in the United States.
Netlify, which hosts this website and runs the form, based in the United States.

So your information may be stored or processed overseas, mainly in the United States. We only use providers that commit to protecting it.

Emails from us

If you send a form, we may email you a few short notes and guides for your type of business. Every email says who it's from and has an unsubscribe link that works without logging in. Unsubscribe and we'll stop within five business days, usually straight away.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to fix anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Keeping it safe

Your details are stored with the providers above, and only the people who need them can see them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Australian privacy law

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If that doesn't fix it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
