E-commerce growth partnership

E-commerce marketing agency for Australian brands

One team runs your Meta ads and builds everything they rely on: the store, the creative, the emails and the search. Most of our e-commerce partners pay us a share of the sales we help create.

That's the whole point of the model. If we didn't think the ads would sell, we wouldn't offer to be paid out of the sales they make.

Who it's for

Built for two kinds of store.

A new brand with a good product and capital to invest, or an established brand ready to push harder. We start in a different place for each.

Starting out

Just starting out

A product people want and money to put behind it, but no audience, reviews or sales history. We build the store and launch creative, set tracking up properly on day one, and run the first ads as a test of what sells.

Already selling

Established and ready to grow

Sales, a customer list and a store that works. We find what's leaking first (tracking, offer, product pages, follow-up), then put more money behind the ads your orders back up.

Products from under A$9 to A$1,699. Same system.

E-commerce results

What the same system did for three very different stores.

A premium laundry appliance, a gluten free pantry range and a seasonal outdoor product, each number with its window and source.

How it fits together

The Scaled Growth Engine, stage by stage

Eight services in four stages. The audit shows which ones your store needs first, and in what order.

Store salesWhat every stage answers to

Acquire

Stage 01 of 04

Meta brings in most new customers, so it gets the most attention: fresh creative every month, tested against each other on small budgets, with budget moved on what the store confirms. Google and Shopping come in once Meta works and the feed is clean.

Statics returned 10.5x against 5.3x for video on one Nuracom account (Meta-reported, 20 Apr to 29 Jul 2026).

Case study result. Outcomes vary.

Convert

Stage 02 of 04

Traffic costs money, so the store has to earn it back: product pages that answer buyers' questions, reviews under the buy button, bundles, and landers written for the ad that sent people there.

93 orders in the first 14 days on the rebuilt store. Rick Grant's Gluten Free, 17 to 30 Aug 2026.

Case study result. Outcomes vary.

Keep

Stage 03 of 04

The first order is the expensive one. Klaviyo flows for welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back make the second one cheap. SMS comes in once email is pulling its weight.

356 leads from two home shows in four weeks. Nuracom, captured at the stand and followed up by email.

Case study result. Outcomes vary.

Compound

Stage 04 of 04

The work that makes later months cheaper: rankings you keep through a rebuild, pages AI tools can quote, and custom builds when an app can't do the job.

6,115 customers and 369 reviews migrated, with 56 redirects, so Rick Grant's old product links kept working after the move.

Case study result. Outcomes vary.

Under one roof

One team, one scoreboard.

Whoever spots a drop in sales fixes the page that afternoon, and store sales are the number we all answer to.

We build the site, the brand and the ads, then keep running them. The job is more orders at a cost your margins can carry. Our break-even ROAS calculator shows what that cost is for your store.

How the partnership works

We do better when your store does.

No package prices here, because nothing gets prescribed before the audit. This is the model, in writing before you sign.

How we work, in full
1. Free audit
I go through your ads, store, tracking and follow-up myself, then walk you through your Scaling Roadmap: what's leaking, what we'd fix first and what it would take.
2. Build work
A fixed quote for anything we build: 50% deposit, 50% on launch.
3. Growth partnership
A monthly partnership, often a share of the new-customer revenue we help create, agreed in writing before we start.
Ad spend
Always yours, paid straight to Meta or Google.
Ownership
Every account, site and data set stays in your name.
Term
Month to month with 30 days notice. No lock in.

The agreement only survives while it keeps paying for itself.

A share of real orders, not reported ones

When Meta and the store disagree, we bill on the store's paid orders. The guide below shows how we line the two up every month.

Straight up

Who we're not the right fit for.

We take on 2 to 3 new long-term partners at a time. So we'd rather say no on the first call than take on a store we can't grow.

A good fit

  • A product people already buy, or clearly want.
  • Margins that can carry the cost of winning a customer.
  • Someone in the business to pack orders and answer customers quickly.
  • You want a partner for years, and you'll tell us when something's off.

Not a fit, yet

  • No budget for ads at all.
  • A product that hasn't sold to anyone outside friends and family.
  • You want one campaign, then goodbye.
  • Stock that can't keep up if the ads work.

Straight answers

E-commerce partnership questions.

Something we haven't covered? Call Jed on 0400 463 257.

Which platforms do you work with?

Mostly Shopify. We also move stores onto Shopify from Ecwid and WooCommerce, with customers, reviews and old links carried across. On something else? We'll tell you on the call whether a move is worth it.

Do I have to take every service?

No. The audit decides. Some stores need Meta and fresh creative first. Others need the store or the tracking fixed before another dollar goes into ads. We only prescribe what your Scaling Roadmap says you need.

How does the share of sales work?

Before we start, we agree in writing what counts, usually revenue from new customers, and how it's measured. We work it out from real orders in your store and go through it with you every month. Any build work is quoted separately as a fixed price.

How much do I need to spend on ads?

There's no set minimum. It has to be enough for Meta to find buyers at a cost your margins can carry, and we work that out from your numbers in the audit. Ad spend is always paid by you, straight to Meta or Google.

Free audit, then your Scaling Roadmap

It's time to get Scaled.

Fill in a few details and I'll go through your ads, your website or store, and how you follow up enquiries, then show you what's leaking and what we'd fix first. If we're not a fit, no worries at all. You'll still leave with something you didn't know before.
