Meta ads agency for Australian e-commerce brands

We run Facebook and Instagram ads for online stores, make the creative in-house, and move budget on what your store actually sells. Meta is the engine behind everything else we do, so it's the service we go deepest on.

The case studies

What you get

What we do in your account every month.

This is the work, start to finish, in plain words.

  • Tracking audit and fix

Pixel and Conversions API set up on Shopify, then checked against real orders before we raise a budget.

  • A simple account structure

Prospecting, testing and retargeting, plus catalogue ads when the range needs them. Nothing you can't read.

  • New creative every month

Statics, UGC-style video and motion, made in-house and briefed from what sold last month.

  • One idea per test

Each new ad tests one idea, with enough spend to get an answer, then winners move into prospecting.

  • Budget moves on store sales

Spend goes up in steps behind ads the orders back up, measured against your break-even ROAS.

  • Straight reporting

Store sales and cost per purchase first, with the reconciliation behind them. You keep your own logins.

Structure and testing

A simple account, and a steady supply of new ads.

We keep accounts simple enough to read. One prospecting campaign where Meta's broad targeting does the finding. One testing campaign where new ads earn their spot. Retargeting for people who viewed a product or left a cart. Fewer campaigns means more data for each one to learn from.

Creative is where most of the wins come from, so new ads go in every month. Each test is one idea (a hook, an angle, an offer or a format) with enough spend to show whether it sells. Winners move into prospecting. Losers get switched off, and the next brief is written from both.

Statics against video, one account

Nuracom, Meta-reported ROAS, 20 Apr to 29 Jul 2026. The budget moved to statics. It doesn't mean statics always win, which is why we keep testing both.

How we make the creative

The ads

Shot, cut and run by the same team.

The people writing your briefs can see your Ads Manager, so every new ad starts from what the last ones sold. The ad at the top of this page is our own, from September 2026. You'll find the client statics on the Content & Creative page.

Tracking you can check

Pixel, Conversions API and real orders.

You cannot scale what you cannot track.

Before we spend more of your money, we check the tracking. The Meta pixel and the Conversions API both send purchases from Shopify, so Meta still sees a sale when a browser blocks the pixel.

Then every month we hold Ads Manager up against real orders in the store. The two drift apart. Duplicate events, test orders and failed checkouts can all show up in Meta as sales. When they disagree, the store wins: that's the number your budget, our report and any share of sales are worked out from.

August reconciliation

Unique Fire Pits' pixel reported 22 purchases in August. The store had 12 real orders. We found it, showed the client, and billed on the 12.

Scaling budgets

More budget only where the orders back it up.

Scaling is where most accounts break. We raise spend in steps behind ads the store confirms, and hold every one against your break-even ROAS: the return a first order needs before it makes you any money.

We watch frequency too, so the same people aren't shown the same ad until they're sick of it. When an ad tires, the next one from the creative pipeline is already waiting. Seasonal stores get a calendar, with creative made well before the rush.

Best month · Meta-reported · May 2026

About 10x tracked return for Unique Fire Pits in its best month, and more than A$127,000 in Meta-attributed sales since we took over the ads (May to early Sep 2026). Good months still get checked against the store like every other month.

Straight answers

What store owners ask before handing over their Meta account.

The five we get asked most. Anything else, ring Jed on 0400 463 257.

How much does Meta ads management cost?

We don't publish packages, because we only prescribe one after the free audit. Ongoing Meta work sits inside a monthly partnership, and most of our e-commerce partners pay us a share of the sales we help create, agreed in writing before we start. Shoots and store builds are fixed quotes.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

No fixed number. The budget has to buy enough purchases for Meta to learn from, at a cost your margins can carry. We work that out from your break-even ROAS in the audit. Ad spend is always yours, paid straight to Meta.

How fast will I see results?

Tracking gets fixed first, then new creative goes live, usually inside the first month. Give the account a few months before you judge it. Early numbers bounce around while Meta learns, and one great launch day isn't a rate.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. The ad account, pixel, page, catalogue and Business Manager stay in your name, and we work through partner access. If we ever part ways, you keep everything, history included.

How do you report?

You see what we see, because Ads Manager and Shopify stay yours to log into. Our reports lead with store sales and cost per purchase, checked against real orders, and I'm on the phone when something needs a decision.

Free audit, then your Scaling Roadmap

It's time to get Scaled.

Fill in a few details and I'll go through your ads, your website or store, and how you follow up enquiries, then show you what's leaking and what we'd fix first. If we're not a fit, no worries at all. You'll still leave with something you didn't know before.
