Keep · Email and SMS
Klaviyo email and SMS for Australian Shopify brands
Meta ads pay for the first order. Email is how the second and third happen without paying for the click again. We build the Klaviyo flows, write and design the campaigns, and use the same offers and photos as your ads.
From our accounts
356 leads from two home shows in four weeks. Nuracom, Melbourne (21 to 23 Aug) and Brisbane (11 to 13 Sep 2026), captured at the stand and followed up in Klaviyo.

The flows we build first
Four flows before any campaign.
Flows send themselves when someone does something: joins the list, leaves a cart, buys, or goes quiet. We build them once and tune them every month.
Welcome
Starts when someone joins from a pop-up, a landing page or a show. It introduces the brand, answers the doubts people have about a company they met five minutes ago, and gives them a reason to order now.
Any sign-up offer lives here and nowhere else, so the list doesn't learn to wait for a code.
Straight away
The brand and the offer
Who's behind it, and the code if there is one.
Day 2 to day 6
Proof, then a last call
Reviews first, then one more nudge for people who still haven't ordered.
Abandoned cart and browse
Abandoned checkout catches people who typed in their email and stopped. Browse abandonment catches people who kept looking at a product but never added it.
The emails answer why they stopped: delivery cost, timing, fit or price. A discount is the last thing we reach for.
Within the hour
Your cart
The items, the price and the delivery promise.
Next day
The objection
Returns, warranty and the review that answers it.
Day 3
One more go
For bigger carts, with a text if they've agreed to SMS.
Post-purchase
The fortnight after an order decides whether there's a second one. For Nuracom we built a post-purchase care flow so new owners know how to set up and look after the product, and where to get help.
Then a review request, and for consumables, a reorder reminder around when they'll run out.
On dispatch
What happens next
Tracking, delivery times and who to contact.
Week 2
A review request
Reviews feed the product pages and the ads.
Around run-out
Reorder
For consumables, timed to how long the product lasts.
Win-back
Lapsed customers get a reason to come back: something new, a restock, or a straight offer. The timing comes from your own reorder data, so a monthly product and a yearly one get different windows.
People who still ignore everything come off the regular sends, because mailing people who never open hurts delivery for everyone else.
Past their usual reorder
What's new
New products, restocks, and a reminder of what they bought.
Still nothing
Taken off the list
Off the regular sends, so your emails keep landing in inboxes.
Campaigns
Campaigns that sell without burning the list.
Campaigns are the one-off sends: a launch, a restock, a sale. We plan them around your stock and your ads, and write and design them in-house.
A calendar you can see
Planned a month ahead, so nobody is scrambling on a Friday afternoon.
Sent to the right people
Engaged subscribers hear from you more. Quiet ones hear less.
Design that matches the ads
The reader probably saw the Meta ad first, so the email looks like it.
Judged on orders
Results are read as placed orders in Shopify. Opens are the supporting detail.
In 2026 we sent a back-in-stock campaign and home show follow-ups for Nuracom, and Father's Day and school holidays campaigns for Rick Grant's Gluten Free.
Home show and event follow-up
Show leads, followed up while they still remember you.
Home show leads usually go cold in a pile of business cards. For Nuracom's two shows we built the whole system: a lead console on the stand, QR sign-up pages, and Klaviyo follow-ups sent while the stand was still fresh in their minds.
01
At the stand
Staff capture a lead in a few taps, or visitors scan a QR code.
02
One list
Every lead lands in Klaviyo, tagged by show and day.
03
Follow-up
Thanks for stopping by, the product they asked about, and the show offer.
04
Back to the store
Orders are matched to the show list, so the show is judged on sales.
It works the same for a pop-up or a trade expo. The console is one of our custom builds.
Migrations and consent
Moving platforms without wrecking your list.
When a store moves from Ecwid or WooCommerce to Shopify, the email list moves too. It's where lists get quietly ruined.
The usual mistake is importing every past customer as subscribed. The list looks bigger, but if those people never agreed to marketing email it puts you offside with the Spam Act, and the complaints drag down delivery for everyone who did say yes.
We carry each person's consent across exactly as it was.
- Subscribers stay subscribed. Past customers who never opted in get order and shipping emails only.
- Unsubscribes and old blocked addresses go in before anything sends.
- Your sending domain is authenticated (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) before the first campaign.
Store rebuild, Aug 2026
6,115 customers migrated when we rebuilt Rick Grant's Gluten Free on Shopify, with every customer's email consent status carried across as it was.

SMS
SMS, honestly.
We don't have an e-commerce SMS result to show you yet, so we won't dress one up. Here's where it fits.
Texts cost more, need their own consent, and people have less patience for them. So we add SMS once the email flows are working, and only where a text earns its place: a big-ticket abandoned checkout, a requested restock, or launch day.
Every text goes to someone who agreed to texts, says who it's from and how to opt out, and nothing sends at 10pm.
Where we have run SMS
Instant SMS follow-up on 149 leads for a Brisbane plastering and painting company. A lead comes in from Meta and a text goes out within minutes.
That's a service business rather than a store. It proves the automation. It doesn't yet prove SMS sales for an online store.

Straight answers
What brands ask about Klaviyo.
Anything else, call Jed on 0400 463 257.
Do you only work in Klaviyo?
Mostly. Klaviyo is what we recommend for Shopify because the order data flows straight in. If you're on Shopify Email or Mailchimp and it's working, I'll tell you on the audit whether moving is worth it.
Can you take over the Klaviyo account we already have?
Yes. We start with what's there: which flows are live, what's broken and how healthy the list is. We fix that before building anything new.
How do you measure what email makes?
Placed orders in Shopify and Klaviyo's attributed revenue, side by side and labelled. Klaviyo counts orders that would have happened anyway, so we never report its number on its own.
What happens to my subscribers if we move to Shopify?
They come with you, with their consent exactly as it was. Subscribers stay subscribed, customers who never opted in get order emails only, and unsubscribes stay unsubscribed.
Do you do SMS marketing?
Yes, once the email flows are working, and only where the maths works: bigger abandoned carts, restocks and launches, sent to people who've agreed to texts.
Free audit, then your Scaling Roadmap
It's time to get Scaled.
Fill in a few details and I'll go through your ads, your website or store, and how you follow up enquiries, then show you what's leaking and what we'd fix first. If we're not a fit, no worries at all. You'll still leave with something you didn't know before.
