Websites for builders · Get found
Developers, strata managers and homeowners look you up before they ring. We build builder websites that show the work you've actually delivered, rank for the jobs you want, and make it easy to get in touch from a phone on site.
If your website isn't bringing in the enquiries you want, I'll tell you exactly why. The free audit covers design, speed, search and how enquiries reach you.

What's wrong with most builder websites
Most trade websites land in one of two camps. The bare minimum: a click to call and some basic info. Or a template company site that looks like every other builder in town. Neither one gives a developer or a homeowner a reason to pick you over the next quote.
What we build instead is a statement piece. The projects are the centre of it, with enough detail that a buyer can see you've done their kind of job before. There's more than one way to get in touch, because some people want to call and some want to send plans at nine at night. And the design matches the quality of your builds, so the first impression online is the same one you'd make on site.
We solve the problem you actually have. Packages are only prescribed after the audit, so you don't end up paying for a random website with your logo on it.

What goes into a builder website
Every site is scoped from the audit, but these are the parts almost every builder needs.
Each job gets its own page: photos, scope, sector and location. A developer can see you've delivered their kind of build before they ever pick up the phone.
A page for each thing you do and the areas you do it in, written for the searches your buyers actually type.
Video and images compressed properly, and a speed pass before and after launch.
A call button that follows you down the page, a short enquiry form, and a quote request that asks for what you need to price the job.
Google Analytics, with every form and call tracked, so you know which page and which search brought in each enquiry.
Linked up with the site, since that's what shows on the map when someone searches for a builder near them.
What a website is worth to a builder
A South East Queensland builder invested in a new website. In the three months after launch he closed more 6 and 7 figure projects than in the previous 12. Then the work needed people, so we ran a hiring campaign and placed 5 new employees.
He's asked to stay anonymous, so that's all the detail you'll get here.

Project pages
A builder's best sales material is already sitting on a hard drive: photos of finished jobs, scopes, the sectors you've worked in. Most of it never makes it onto the website.
We sort it into projects people can browse by type, so a strata manager looking for remediation work or a school looking for a concreter finds the right proof in a couple of taps. Then every project page ends with a way to start a conversation about theirs.

A website that finally shows 20 years of projects, sorted so a builder or developer can see capability before the first call.

Speed
Your buyers often look you up on a phone, standing on a job with two bars of reception. A big video hero looks great on office wifi and crawls everywhere else, unless it's built for it.
So every site gets a speed pass: video cut into lighter versions for phones, images resized and compressed, and layout shifts fixed so the page doesn't jump while it loads. We test on a real phone as well as a desktop.

Search and enquiries
A good-looking site nobody finds is a brochure. We set each one up for local search from the start: a page per service and service area, code that tells Google who you are and where you work, proper titles and descriptions, image names and alt text, and a sitemap Google can read. Your Google Business Profile points back to the right pages.
Then we track it. Forms and calls are tagged, so when an enquiry comes in you can see which page it came from and whether it started with a search or an ad. That's what tells us where the next dollar should go.
Google and Meta campaigns send paid traffic to landing pages built on the same site.

Our work
Design and build only here: we don't claim results for a site unless we can show them.

How a website build runs
01
I go through your current site, speed, search and enquiry paths, then call you with what's costing you work.
02
Pages, features and timeline in writing. 50% deposit, 50% on launch.
03
Your projects gathered and written up, the design signed off by you, then built and speed tested on a phone.
04
Redirects, tracking and your Google Business Profile hooked up on launch day, then we watch where the enquiries come from.

It depends on how many projects and services need their own pages, so we quote after the audit rather than sell a package. The quote is fixed, with a 50% deposit and 50% on launch, and it lists exactly what you get.
Not if the move is done properly. We map every old page that ranks or gets traffic to its new home and set up redirects before launch, so the rankings you've earned carry across.
Usually not. Most builders have more than they think, spread across phones and old emails. We sort, crop and caption what you've got, and if a few key jobs need proper footage, we'll say so in the audit.
Whatever suits the job. We've built builder sites in Framer and hand-coded others where speed or a custom feature mattered more. Either way, the domain and the site are in your name.
Yes. New projects should go up as you finish them, because fresh work helps both buyers and search. We can do that as part of an ongoing partnership, or show your team how to add them.
Free audit, then your Scaling Roadmap
Fill in a few details and I'll go through your ads, your website or store, and how you follow up enquiries, then show you what's leaking and what we'd fix first. If we're not a fit, no worries at all. You'll still leave with something you didn't know before.
